All other agreements between the Parties relating to the Affiliate Program are incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions. Associating with

Any individual or business that has completed Blaze's registration process and been accepted as an Affiliate in order to promote Blaze Affiliate brands via affiliate links.

System for Networking with Affiliates

Someone or some firm with whom you conduct business and who works to drive traffic to Blaze brands on your behalf (or whom you direct in some other suitable way) but who does not have their own account with Blaze but is linked to yours. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include any Sub-Affiliates.

Payments Made to Affiliates

Revenue share agreements, hybrid agreements, and/or CPA agreements are all appropriate forms of compensation.

Affiliate Participation Plan

In other words, Blaze is in charge of running the Affiliate Program.

Connected Legal Structure

All local, national, international, and other laws, statutes, regulations, edicts, bylaws, mandatory codes of conduct, and mandatory guidelines that are legally binding on either Party and that apply to that Party's rights or obligations under this Agreement are collectively referred to as "mandatory codes of conduct."

Required Input

You can only join the Affiliate Program by submitting an application through the Affiliate Program's official website.

Unpaid Amounts Carried Over

If the Net Win is negative because of customer wins, admin fees, cash items, or progressive contributions, the amount will be reset to zero for calculating commission. If the calculation yields a negative number, this is what will happen. On the other hand, any deficits due to Fraud Expenses will be carried forward as needed.

Brands of All Sorts

A.K.A. "The Blaze"

All trademarks owned and/or used by the Group, as indicated by Blaze from time to time, including, but not limited to, taglines and marketing slogans used by the Group and all other brands (whether registered or unregistered) owned and/or used by the Group.

A retaliatory strike

Cancellation of a previously processed payment to Brands by either the Referred Player or the issuing bank for the Referred Player's credit card or other payment mechanism. Chargebacks are accounted for as fraudulent activity when calculating net revenues.

When Things Actually Begin

The instant when Blaze lets you know that your application to join the Affiliate Program has been approved and you may start taking part.

CPA Confirmation

It's a CPA deal, where the brands pay you a set amount for each player you send their way. To ensure that affiliates are sending lawful, profitable traffic to Blaze Brands, a trial period will be enforced for CPA deals.

The Consumer/Participant

A person who becomes a Customer of Blaze brands after being recommended to or directed to those brands by You and who can be associated with Your (or Your organization's) Affiliate account and/or identification. Once a Player registers for any Blaze brand, they are considered a customer of Ours and must comply with all of Our rules, policies, and operating procedures.

Fees

The amounts due to You by Us under this Agreement for the provision of the Services, as calculated under the Revenue Share model, the CPA model, or the Hybrid model as the context requires.

Pyramid scheme

Any fraudulent activity by a Referred Player and/or an Affiliate that, in Brands' sole discretion, is engaged in with the intent to obtain an unfair or unlawful gain, including, but not limited to, the following:

Costs associated with fraud;

Charges being dropped;

Acts of dishonesty on the part of one or more referred players that disqualify them from receiving a bonus;

You (or someone else's encouragement) urging a Referred Player to use Our extra incentives dishonestly;

The referring player working with any of the mentioned players;

Incentives (monetary or otherwise) proposed or provided to Players by you (or a third party) in an unauthorized attempt to entice them to sign up for the Service;

The act of placing or cramming cookies into a cookie sheet.

Fraud's price tag

The costs (monetary or otherwise) incurred by Brands as a direct or indirect result of fraud committed by You, Your employees, Sub-Affiliates, business partners, Customers, and/or other parties liked to Your affiliate Account to whom you have promoted Our Products as an Affiliate. Both direct and indirect losses may be included in these figures.

In Our Favor

The sum of all winnings generated by the Brands from wagers and/or deposits made by Referred Players who were referred to the Brands by You.

Group

Each and every company that shares the Brand's connection to Prolific Trade N.V.

Intellectual Property Rights

Patents, copyrights, design rights, trademarks, word marks, database rights, applications for any of the aforementioned, moral rights, know-how, trade secrets, domain names, URLs, trade names, and any other intellectual or industrial property rights (and any licenses in connection with any of those rights) are all examples of intellectual property.

Money and Trade

Any and all markets where the Group operates.

Earnings in Full

is calculated by deducting (Admin Fee) and (Payment Fee) from (All Player Bets), then subtracting (All Player Winnings) and (Player Bonuses).

Keep in mind that the following taxes will also be withheld from your payment in these nations: Germany at 19%, Austria at 40%, and Ireland at 23%

Person Mentioned As A Player

A qualifying Lead is a User who clicked on one of Your affiliate links and then visited any of the Brand Products, where they then enrolled for a cash account. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, "Referred Players" do not include players who are currently Brands' clients. Players that are referred to one of the Brands are not necessarily forwarded to the other Brands as well.

Spam

Spamming is the practice of sending mass unsolicited electronic mail, text messages, or instant messages to a group of people, mailing lists, or newsgroups. This includes not keeping track of whether or not the recipient opted in to receive such communications and/or if they afterwards unsubscribed. Not keeping track of the same is also considered to fall under this category.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, titled "Blaze Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions," govern the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
