SOME TERMS DEFINED
Admin Fee: The value of the contributions to the jackpot, the costs of running the games and platform, and any other working costs.
In line with
These Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements the Parties may have made about the Affiliate Program are all incorporated by reference here. Any reference to "the Agreement" in the above contract means both these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Also, any and all references to "this Agreement" in these Terms and Conditions are meant to include and refer to the contract agreement we just talked about.
To avoid any misunderstanding, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence over any other terms and conditions that may apply to such contractual papers once they have been agreed upon and signed by both parties.
Having to do with
A person or company that has signed up with Blaze to support Blaze Affiliate brands through affiliate links and has been accepted by Blaze as an Affiliate after going through the registration process.
Platform for Affiliated Networking
A person or company that you do business with and who works for you to drive traffic to Blaze brands or that you send traffic to Blaze brands in any way that makes sense. This person or company does not have an account with Blaze but is linked to Your account. So that there is no misunderstanding, this does not have any Sub-Affiliates.
Commissions Received from Affiliates
You can accept CPA payments, Hybrid payments, and/or Revenue Share payments.
A Program for Partners
The Affiliate Program is run by Blaze, which is a company.
System of Laws that are Related
"Mandatory codes of conduct" refers to all laws, statutes, regulations, edicts, bylaws, mandatory codes of conduct, and mandatory guidelines that are legally binding on either Party and apply to that Party's rights or obligations under this Agreement. These can be local, national, international, or other rules that change over time.
Needs information
Your application to join the Affiliate Program, which must be sent through the website for the Affiliate Program.
Balances that were left unpaid
When figuring out Commission, if the Net Win is a loss because of Customer wins, Admin Fees, Cash Items, or Progressive Contributions, the amount will be set back to zero. This will happen when the calculation comes up with a negative number. On the other hand, if Fraud Costs cause a negative total, it will be carried over whenever it's needed.

The attack back
Cancellation of a payment made to Brands in the past by a Referred Player, the bank that gave the credit card, or any other third-party payments solution provider. Chargebacks are counted the same way as theft when figuring out a business's net income.
When everything will start
When Blaze will let you know that your application to join the Affiliate Program has been accepted and you can start taking part.
Agreement on CPA
A Cost-Per-Acquisition deal is one in which Brands pay You a set amount for every Referred Player. For CPA transactions, there will be a trial time to make sure that affiliates are sending traffic to Blaze Brands that is both legal and profitable.
The Customer or the Gamer
A person who bought a product from Blaze because you told them about it or pointed them in the right direction. This person can be linked to your (or your organization's) Affiliate account and/or name if they sign up for a Customer account with Blaze brands. When a Player starts an account with any of the Blaze brands, they immediately become Our customer and are required to follow all of Our rules, policies, and operating procedures.
Fees
The amounts that We owe You for the services we provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. These amounts are calculated using either the Revenue Share model, the CPA model, or the Hybrid model, based on the situation.
Ponzi plan
Any kind of scam committed by a Referred Player that, in Brands' sole opinion, is done on purpose by a Referred Player and/or an Affiliate in order to get an unfair or illegal gain, including, but not limited to, the following:
How much theft costs;
Charges being dropped;
Misconduct by a Referred Player or a group of Referred Players that affects the bonus;
Your (or a third party's) improper encouragement of a Referred Player to take advantage of Our bonus rewards;
Collaboration between the player who sent the referral and any of the players who were sent the referral;
You or a third party offering or giving Players unapproved benefits (financial or otherwise) to get them to sign up for the Service.
The act of either dropping cookies or putting things inside them.
How much theft costs
The costs (financial or otherwise) paid by Brands as a direct or indirect result of fraud committed by You, Your workers, Sub-Affiliates, business partners, Customers, and/or third parties linked to Your Affiliate Account to whom You, as an Affiliate, have sold Our Products. Both direct and indirect loses can be part of these costs.

Player Whose Name Was Mentioned
A qualified Lead is a player who has gone to one of the Brand Products and directly signed up for a cash account through one of your partner links. Players who are already clients of Brands are not counted as "Referred Players" because this term is meant to clear up any misunderstanding. Players who are sent to one of the Brands are not immediately sent to all of the other Brands as well.
